In 2016, Nicole graduated, with Honours, from the paralegal program at CDI College. Subsequently, in 2020, Nicole wanted to advance knowledge and skills in the field of negotiations and completed a forty-hour specialized course in mediations through Lightstone Academy for Conflict Resolution as is accredited by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario.
